The Story of Disney Animals

Η Ιστορία Των Disney Animals

101 Dalmatians

The film was first shown on January 25, 1961 with distribution company Walt Disney Studio Motion Pictures. Pogo and Perdita are two Dalmatian dogs who live in London and have 15 puppies. On the day the puppies were born, their house was visited by Cruella de Vil, a rich and vicious woman who wants to buy the puppies and use them to make a super shiny fur. Pogo and Perdita's owners flatly refuse, so Cruella has her goons steal the puppies.

After they managed to steal them they put them in a lab with many other Dalmatian puppies. Pogo and Perdita use the "Twilight Bark", a way for dogs to communicate, to ask for help from the other dogs of London. In this way they find the laboratory and save the puppies but realize that, apart from their own, there are 84 puppies, so they decide to adopt them and return to London together. Their owners are looking everywhere, but suddenly there is a knock on the door and many, many Dalmatian puppies enter. When they counted them it is a total together with their own 101 Dalmatian dogs. In the end they decide to move to a bigger house that will fit all the puppies.

Marie is the main character in the 1970 animated film The Aristocrats. She is a kitten with white fur belonging to the Duchess who has two siblings, Toulouse and Berlioz. Marie thinks she is a little lady and tries to emulate the elegance and propriety of her Duchess mother. This makes her seem rude and spoiled, especially whenever she is quick to tease her siblings when things don't go her way. Edgar, the house butler, brings them milk for dinner, but the milk is laced with sleeping pills. The pills do their job and the cats are kidnapped. Edgar kidnapped them to inherit Madame Bonfamille's fortune. Marie and her family wake up near a bridge and after spending the night in the rain they are approached by Thomas, a stray cat. Thomas helps them get back to Paris and so they manage to go back to their house and live with Madame Bonfamille.

Dumbo the Elephant

Soon the other elephants start making fun of the little baby elephant for having big ears. A group of small boys torture Dumbo, Mrs. Jumbo reacts and attacks them losing her temper. After this development they lock up his mom and Dumbo is left all alone and without any support. The circus manager decides to put him on top of a pyramid of elephants during a circus stunt. Dumbo, trying to climb to the top, steps on his ears and ruins the whole show, ending up as a circus clown. As he goes to drink water in a bucket where champagne had fallen, the next day he wakes up on a tree. That's how he realized he had climbed the tree using his ears. Back at the circus Dumbo performs the stunt which involves jumping off a tall building. As he falls from the building Dumbo manages to avoid the fall and flies around the circus with his ears as the audience looks on spellbound. With this stunt Dumbo becomes the first topic in all the media and together with his mother they now have a private carriage in the circus.
