Cancellations - Refunds

You can return part or all of the goods you ordered through our online or physical store within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day of receipt and after first being notified by phone or in writing. The cost of returning the products is borne by the buyer. In the event that our company is responsible for the change/return of the product, then we bear the cost of return. The products intended for return should:
• Be in the original condition of delivery, (sealed as received) including packaging, instructions for use
• They must not have been used
• To be mailed for return by the recipient of the product within fourteen (14) calendar days at the latest
• There has been previous telephone or written communication about your intention
• Must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt or invoice. We do not accept returns of broken and tampered products once the delivery is made by the carrier, please check the products and sign for their integrity.
